Eligibility

1. The Lane Shark Dealership Referral Program is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. No purchase is necessary to participate.
2. Referrals must be dealerships located within the United States or Canada.
3. Employees of Lane Shark and their immediate family members are not eligible for referral rewards.

Referral Submission

1. To participate, complete and submit the official referral form provided by Lane Shark.
2. A referral is considered valid only if the referred dealership signs a dealer agreement and becomes a certified Lane Shark dealer within six (6) months of the referral submission.
3. Referrals will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. If multiple individuals refer the same dealership, the individual who submitted the referral form first will be eligible for the reward.

Reward

1. Participants will receive $500 USD for each qualified referral after the referred dealership successfully signs a dealer agreement and becomes a certified Lane Shark dealer.
2. There is no limit to the number of dealerships a participant may refer.
3. Rewards will be distributed via check, direct deposit, or another payment method determined by Lane Shark within 30 days of the dealership's agreement being finalized.

Referral Validity

1. Referrals are valid for up to six (6) months from the date of submission. If the referred dealership does not sign an agreement within this timeframe, the referral will no longer be eligible for the reward.
2. Referred dealerships must meet Lane Shark's qualification criteria to be eligible for a dealership agreement. Lane Shark reserves the right to approve or decline dealerships based on its discretion and business needs.

Disqualifications

1. Lane Shark reserves the right to disqualify any referrals that are incomplete, inaccurate, or otherwise do not meet the requirements of this program.
2. Attempts to manipulate or abuse the program, including submitting false referrals or engaging in fraudulent activity, will result in disqualification and may lead to legal action.

Program Limitations

1. The Lane Shark Dealership Referral Program is subject to change or cancellation at any time without prior notice.
2. Lane Shark is not responsible for delays, technical issues, or other circumstances that may impact the submission or processing of referrals.

General Conditions

1. By participating in the referral program, you agree to allow Lane Shark to contact you and the referred dealership as part of the program process.
2. You acknowledge that Lane Shark is under no obligation to accept any referred dealership or enter into a dealership agreement with any referred party.
3. This program is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes arising from or related to this program shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.

Privacy

1. All personal information collected during the referral process will be used solely for the purposes of this program and will be handled in accordance with Lane Shark’s Privacy Policy.
